Nous recherchons un Assistant Commercial dynamique et organisé(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe de plus de 5 collaborateurs.

En tant qu’expert(e) en gestion logistique,vous serez responsable de traiter les demandes des clients en matière de transport international. Ce poste offre l’opportunité d’évoluer dans un environnement stimulant, où vos compétences en gestion logistique et en informatique seront pleinement valorisées.

Responsabilités :

• TRAITER LES DEMANDES DE COTATIONS
• APPORTER UNE EXPERTISE PROACTIVE
• ÉTABLIR LES PROCÉDURES D’EXPLOITATION
• PARTICIPER À LA CONCEPTION DU REPORTING AVEC LE COMMERCIAL
• TRAITER LES RÉCLAMATIONS ET INITIALISER LES DOSSIERS DE LITIGE
• ANALYSER LA PERFORMANCE
• DÉTECTER LES OPPORTUNITÉS DE NOUVEAUX TRAFICS

Profil recherché :

Expérience significative en matière de transport internationale, idéalement dans un environnement utilisant des systèmes tels que ERP, WMS ou Cargowise.

Maîtrise avancée de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ainsi que des compétences informatiques générales (Computer skills).

Bonne connaissance de l’anglais à l’oral comme à l’écrit.

Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.

Sens du service client développé avec une aptitude à communiquer efficacement avec différents interlocuteurs.

Licence/ Master dans le domaine du transport international ( CI,GTLA…)
