Care to join us.Exciting minds with our Internship ProgramWhat will you do?Working mainly for the Otrivine brand and products, you will assist the Brand Manager Benelux on her day-to-day tasks for Belgium and The Netherlands.This includes:
- Setting up creative brief to manage the advertising campaigns or marketing projects.
- Working with external agencies to ensure the content process.
- Shaping the next year brand strategy.
- Working with the Sales department and the Key Account Associate, provide marketing inputs to outperform the results.
- Ensure the strategy implementation.
- Working with the regulatory department to check if all the legal details are respected according to the countries.
- Ensuring internal alignment between the respiratory team, the supply chain team, the sales team and the regulatory department.
- Search Engine Management implementing the SEO strategy and collecting feedbacks.
- After-action review (ROI).
You’ll be excited by the thought of:
- Delivering projects in commercial functions such as marketing and advertising operations.
- Learning how to prioritize and manage multiple projects, objectives and deadlines.
- Growing your marketing management skills.
- Learning new skills and concepts.
- Understanding the strategic role of digital marketing in the media mix vs classical channels in a fastmoving consumer health company.
- Implementation of advertising campaigns from briefing to evaluation.
- Understanding and contributing to the creation of the yearly Benelux brand activation plan and understanding the role of a brand manager.
Why you?We are looking for these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Education: You are currently studying in a Business School or in an academic equivalent and on your way to graduate with a Bachelor or Master’s degree (Bac+3 / Master 1 / Master 2 recommended).
- Language requirement: You are fluent in English and French; Dutch is an asset
- Other requirements: Dynamic and motivated team player. You ideally have a previous experience in Marketing, Sales or Pharmacy. You like to take initiatives and be efficient.
- Start date: October 2024, for preferably 6 months.
Remuneration and advantages: Accordingly, to the Belgian legislation the internship is an unpaid offer. However, the rent (without charges) is reimbursed up to 700€/month for interns who live
60 kilometers from the place of internship and the transport are reimbursed up to 300€/month.
For foreign interns only, reasonable travel costs to Belgium or The Netherlands to commence their internship and then to return to their home country when it is terminated will be reimbursed at Haleon sole discretion.
