ASSISTANT BRAND MANAGER- MAXFACTOR 6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT

Are you newly graduated having completed a placement year or looking for a great new opportunity in the beauty industry? We are looking for a motivated and energetic Assistant Brand Manager for one of the UKs most loved make-up brands: Max Factor. You will report directly to the Marketing Manager, joining our team to help deliver exciting projects for the next 6 months.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Assistant Brand Manager, you are responsible for helping the Marketing Manager and Brand Manager on day-to-day management of the eye and nail categories, including analyzing data, creating local in-store activations, supporting the launch of a major NPD project and helping us execute and protect our brand equity across all touchpoints.

-You will also have the opportunity to contribute to social and influencer plans as well as hone your skills at creating presentations, delivering them, actioning insights, working with customers and collaborating with colleagues.
-This is a perfect role for someone at the start of their marketing career and you will be able to get involved in a broad variety of activities while being fully supported.
-No day will be the same, but a typical day could include joining meetings with our global team to plan comms, reviewing market share data and writing short reports, working with the design team to create in-store POS, working with our media agency and reviewing performance with our sales team.
 

The team consists of 4 people, and you will work closely together with several departments such as Comex, Design & Global. All your colleagues are quick-thinking, proactive and friendly. Working in the team, you will feel inspired, motivated and happy to come to work.

-You love communicating and building relationships, you have the confidence to approach different people and ask questions
