Assistant Boutique Manager

Zachary Daniels are partnering with a exquisite Luxury RTW and Couture Brand looking for a Assistant Boutique Manager for their Flagship Store in the heart of Mayfair.

This luxury designer has been going from strength to strength and is the go too for Movie Stars and Musicians to Presidents across the globe. Known for their elegance and sometimes outlandish fashion design this is a Fashion House that likes to fall under the radar.

This is initially a Maternity Cover for the Boutique Manager (12months) but with the hope that it will become a perm role as ASM once the Boutique Manager returns.

As a Flagship Assistant Boutique Manager, you will take pride in providing superior customer service to clients. You will foster meaningful relationships, providing tailored attention to understand their unique preferences and requirements for special occasions like weddings and other memorable events. You will have a deep understanding of networking and clienteling as well as business management.

This role requires a real leader, someone who will have a presence on the floor and inspire and coach the team around them. This role will require the occasional Intentional trip.

The Profile:

• Luxury Retail Management Experience
• Need to be passionate about customer service
• Used to delivering a bespoke service
• Great CRM management skills
• Someone who can work independently
• Understands the luxury service
• Language skills welcome

Our client is looking to pay a generous salary of between £45,000-£50,000 (experience and background dependant)
