The places covered by the video surveillance have been visibly marked in accordance with applicable laws. Recipients of recorded personal data will be only entities authorized to obtain personal data under the law. The storage period for the data obtained from the monitoring, after which it is destroyed in a manner that prevents its reconstruction, is: 30 days from the date of recording – for cameras covering the residential part of the WCKP building, the new laboratory building, the ABSL3 multipurpose building and the waste storage area; 37 days from the date of recording – for cameras covering the reception area of the PIWet-PIB and the circulation path on the first floor of segment A of the Institute’s building;13 days from the date of recording – for other cameras. A person registered by the monitoring system has the right to request from the Administrator access to personal data, the right to rectify, delete or restrict processing.
