AssistantDescription –Job SummaryThis role is responsible for providing general administrative support to employees in an organization, including tasks such as filing, data compilation, report preparation, and expense reporting.One important area of the role will be the creation and coordination of the internal and external communication for HP Industrial Print EMEA. This includes social media activities and coordination and support of the social media team.The role includes coordinating work within and outside the company, solving defined problems with established procedures, and delivering basic tasks under close supervision.The role involves assisting in event planning and execution.ResponsibilitiesPerforms general administrative support tasks involved in an organization and assists supervisory and non-supervisory employees with various administrative support tasks.Creation and implementation of social media activities for EMEA as well as the countries and regions.Performs administrative tasks including preparation of expense reports, prepares/edits presentations, and other established general administrative tasks.Collaborates with colleagues within the department and external departments to effectively manage tasks and projects within the administrative role.Solves defined problems using established procedures, and delivers basic technical, administrative, or operative tasks under direct instruction and close supervision.Supports supervisors in managing external requests and retrieves messages on behalf of the team, ensuring effective communication between both parties.Assists in event planning and execution, including securing meeting space, event venues, and restaurants.Adheres to established company, legal and regulatory standards, and guidelines, and ensures confidentiality in all dealings with company data.
