Offer DescriptionWroclaw University of Science and Technology, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Department of Laser Technologies, Automation and Production Organisation (K62W10D07) is looking for a candidate for the position of research and didactic assistant in the field of engineering and technical sciences, in the scientific discipline of mechanical engineering, with the ability to develop dedicated solutions for controlling mechatronic and automation systems, with particular emphasis on good practices in their design. Therefore, the person should demonstrate knowledge of system programming in high-level languages (C/C++/C#, Python, LabView). She should also have knowledge and experience in tools commonly used to simulate the above systems, methods of communication with individual system peripherals, methods of data processing and demonstrate the ability to analyze them constructively. • Master of Science in the field of IT Automation Systems,
• predispositions for didactic and research work,
• ability to conduct didactic classes in Polish and English,
• ability to prepare didactic materials,

• diligence, scrupulousness and ability to work in a team,
• carry out research under supervision,
• have the ambition to develop knowledge of research methodologies and discipline,
• have demonstrated a good understanding of a field of study,
• have demonstrated the ability to produce data under supervision,
• be capable of critical analysis, evaluation and synthesis of new and complex ideas,
• be able to explain the outcome of research (and value thereof) to research colleagues.
