Offer DescriptionRector of the University of Szczecin announces a competition for the position of assistant (in the field of human capital management) at the Institute of Management of the University of SzczecinKeywords: human resources management, human capital managementRequirementsResearch Field Management sciences Education Level Master Degree or equivalentSkills/Qualifications
- Very good command of Polish and English language (confirmation of knowledge of foreign language by document or it’s certified copy).
- Knowledge of at least three of the following areas:
- human resources management,
- human capital management,
- corporate social responsibility,
- business ethics/professional ethics,
- negotiations in business,
- change management,
- diversity management,
- self-development management.
- Willingness to scientific development and scientific activity,
- Experience in teaching work as well as in scientific or research and development projects, organization of conferences and communicative knowledge of German language will be an additional advantage.
Specific Requirements
- a statement of compliance with requirements specified in Article 113 of the Law on Higher Education and Science of 20 July 2018 (Journal of Laws 2023 item 742 as amended);
- an application letter;
- candidate’s CV and questionnaire;
- certified copies of documents confirming master’s degree in management, economics or finance, and in the case of documents prepared in a language other than Polish, also a certified translation of the document into Polish and a certificate of equivalence of the diploma with the Polish academic degree;
- information about academic achievements (including a list of publications) and didactic and organizational accomplishments, or a declaration about lack thereof;
- a statement that the University of Szczecin will be the candidate’s main place of work;
- a candidate’s consent for the processing of personal data by the University of Szczecin in the recruitment process on a form available at the university’s website.
