In het warehouse zijn de processen gebaseerd op het Lean principe. One-peace-flow, 5S en 7 wastes zijn normale begrippen binnen Dover. Er worden 3 type werkzaamheden gedaan.

Warehousing:                Het warehouse is grotendeels gevuld met reserve-onderdelen voor onze verschillende pompen. Hier ontvangen de medewerkers goederen, leggen ze op lokatie, verzamelen de onderdelen aan de hand van een bestelling en worden de goederen weer klaar gemaakt voor transport.

Crypto production:        In een aparte beveiligde ruimte vindt de productie en reparatie plaats van de betaalsystemen in de pompen.

Systems:                      Daarnaast is er een gedeelte van het warehouse ingericht voor de productie en staging van PC-gerelateerde betaalsystemen (payment systems), voor de winkels bij tankstations.

Wij zoeken een enthousiaste nieuwe collega voor ons systems team.

Wat zijn je werkzaamheden?

-Voorbereiden (in- en uitpakken) payment systems.
-Samenstellen/aansluiten van payment systems.
-Testen van de payment-systems.
-Voorbereiden/samenstellen/testen van sub-samenstellingen/spare parts.
-Configutatie van BIOS van PC’s.
-Uploaden van Software op PC’s.
-Configureren van deze Software.
-Afhandelen van gerelateerde administratie (elektronisch/Software-matig).
