We are looking for a talented Assembly Operator to join our team specializing in Manufactory function for our Accelera Business Segment in Milton Keynes in UK

This is a 6 Month FTC contract working 37.5 hours Per week. Monday – Friday 7am to 3pm.

Salary is £28,000

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Operates machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance.
• Champions and models proactive health and safety behaviors by identifying, reporting, and participating in actions to improve health and safety.
• Follows all applicable standard work, process documentation and quality procedures such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), poka-yoke and visual standards.
• Operates manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble product in order to create the proper characteristics and dimensions necessary to meet customer expectations.
• Demonstrates the knowledge of manufacturing by correctly implementing changes in current processes, equipment, and applications.
• Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures & regulations while using appropriate personal protective equipment.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience.
• Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
• Working on various stages using hands tools, drawings, online documentation.
• Ability to work effectively with a team as well as independently with Willingness to learn and support other functions.
