We are recruiting Assembly Operatives to join our Team based in West Yorkshire. These are permanent positions.What will you be doing in this role?Building the full range of products within agreed timescales and ensure the highest level of quality standards throughout the production process. The Ideal candidate:You will be organised with great attention to detail and are able to read and interpret assembly method/engineering drawings.You will also be an effective communicator, a team player and able to meet tight deadlines.Key skills and experience:Excellent manual dexterityAble to read, learn and interpret assembly methods and drawings Good organisational skills with an ability to work within and develop systems of workingAbility to work well in a teamComfortable at working to tight timescalesAttention to detailIT literateComply with Health & Safety regulations. To understand and build to schedules, using appropriate test equipment, where required;To highlight any specification or design error through the Team Leader or Departmental Manager or directly with the Production Engineering team;To raise with the Team Leader any non-conformance i.e. Defective and Redundant Material, in compliance with the Company Quality System requirements and Departmental guidelines.
