Assembly Operative Overview

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Operative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong quality inspection skills and experience with hand tools. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient assembly of products within a manufacturing environment, contributing to the overall success of production.

Shifts – 39 hrs per week + possible overtime

* Days – 06.00-14.00 Mon-Thurs and 06.00-13.00 on Friday (20-minute break)
* Shifts Rotating fortnightly – 06.00-14.00 Monday to Thursday and 06.00-13.00 on Friday and 14.00 -22.00 Monday to Thursday and 13.00-20.00 on Friday (20 minutes break)

The Assembly Operative Role:

* As an assembly operative, you will work in the assembly department, assembling various products.
* Quality inspection
* Using various hand tools
* Work within a team and resolve any assembly issues that may arise.
* Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
* Working to strict targets and deadlines.
* You will ideally have previous production/assembly experience in a manufacturing organisation
