Job description

Protocol Education are looking for caring individual who can join their team and support students’ with challenging behaviours. This role has opportunity to work as a 1:1 basis or in a small group setting. You will need to be patient and understanding towards students who have had difficult childhoods and display challenging behaviour.Previous experience of working with children is essential. Patience, kindness and fairness are key characteristic to help develop relationships with these children. You will be working closely with the staff within the school and existing behaviour plans to track and improve the behaviour of the student and reinforce positivity in creative ways. Over time, you will build up a supportive working relationship with pupils so that you can act as a mentor and role model, ultimately improving overall attainment.Full time and part time positions are available.Why Protocol?
