ASIC NPI Project Manager
-Assignment duration: 12 months (extension possible)
-Desired start date: 16 March 2026
-Work regime: Full-time
-Minimum onsite presence of 3 days per week required
Our client is looking for an experienced ASIC NPI Project Manager to lead and manage a complex ASIC back-end New Product Introduction (NPI) project. This role focuses on coordinating package design, assembly, test, and qualification activities while ensuring project delivery aligns with scope, schedule, and cost objectives.
The Role:
As ASIC NPI Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all project management activities related to ASIC back-end development and industrialisation.
-Define and maintain the overall project schedule
-Manage and monitor supplier costs and project budgets
-Define and control project scope
-Coordinate activities across package design, assembly, test, and qualification phases
-Ensure successful execution of ASIC NPI milestonesRequired Knowledge & Skills:
-Proven project management experience
-Experience with ASIC test development
-Strong understanding of ASIC qualification flows
-Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and external suppliers
