Are you a compassionate and driven ASD TA ready to take on a new opportunity this April?

Do you have experience supporting children with autism and a genuine desire to make a lasting difference as an ASD TA?

If this sounds like you, a well-established school in Reading is looking to welcome a dedicated ASD TA to their team. In this role, the ASD TA will support pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder, helping them access the curriculum, build self-confidence, and thrive in a nurturing classroom setting.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with students while contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment as an ASD TA.

Key responsibilities include:
Delivering tailored support as an ASD TA for pupils with additional needs Assisting with personalised learning and behaviour strategies Working collaboratively with teachers and the SENCO as an ASD TA Encouraging independence, engagement, and emotional development
