Asbestos Surveyor Analyst

Salary: GBP38,000 + Over 50 Days of Holiday

Ideal Location: Bristol

Penguin Recruitment is excited to partner with a distinguished UKAS-accredited client, a leader in nationwide asbestos management services with a particular focus on the Southwest, The Midlands, and East Anglia areas. This role predominantly involves commercial work, allowing you to move past residential projects.

About the Company:

The company has over two decades of expertise, with offices in the Midlands, Wales, and Thames Valley. They hold UKAS accreditation across all asbestos-related disciplines, including Surveys, Re-inspections, Bulk Analysis, Fibre Counting, 4-Stage Clearances, and Air Monitoring, delivering quality service while remaining competitive.

Required Qualifications:

* P402, P403, P404 Certifications
* Minimum of Two Years of Relevant Industry Experience
* Proficient in HSG:248 & HSG:264
* Strong Communication and Client Liaison Skills
* Detailed Report Writing Abilities
* Excellent Work Ethic, Capable of Working Independently or in a Team
* In-depth Knowledge of Health and Safety in Asbestos Work
* Flexible with Working Hours
* Valid Driving License
* IT Proficiency (Experience with TEAMs beneficial but not mandatory; training provided)

Key Responsibilities:

* Assess and oversee asbestos removal, ensuring compliance with HSG 247
* Manage client accounts, maintaining effective communication with clients and line managers
* Process samples efficiently and generate timely reports
* Engage in continuous professional development through monthly training sessions
* Assist in training junior team members
