Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Leicester based or local is to the East Midlands
* Salary: GBP38,000 – GBP43,000
* 22 days annual leave + birthday + bank holidays
* 40 hour working week

Are you an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst looking for a role in Warrington that offers genuine variety, structured bonuses and a strong mix of local work? This opportunity is with a well established consultancy delivering projects across the North West, combining steady domestic contracts with recognised national commercial clients.
As an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst based in Warrington, you will work across a 70/30 domestic to commercial split. The commercial portfolio includes sites for Halfords, Santander, Park Holidays, the NHS, National Tyres, Majestic Wines and HMP Prisons. This provides a balanced workload with both routine housing surveys and structured commercial programmes.
The Role
Undertaking management, refurbishment and demolition surveys across domestic and commercial sites
Completing 4 stage clearances, air monitoring and personal monitoring
Producing accurate, compliant reports in line with UKAS standards
Representing the business professionally on client sites across Warrington and the wider region
Working to agreed timeframes with bonus incentives linked to delivery
Key Responsibilities
Ensuring work complies with HSG264 and HSG248 guidance
Maintaining equipment and sampling records to a high standard
Managing your own diary effectively within a 40 hour working week
Supporting commercial contracts including retail, banking and healthcare environments
About You
BOHS P402, P403 and P404 qualified as a minimum
Experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst within a UKAS accredited environment
Confident working across both domestic and commercial properties
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel locally around Warrington
