Asbestos Surveyor Analyst

A fantastic opportunity within a family-owned and run, UKAS accredited company within the Asbestos industry are looking to take on another Asbestos Surveyor Analyst. They have had their doors open since 1991 and business has soared but they have not let that affect their family orientation.

Penguin’s client need to take on an Asbestos Consultant or two for a massive Commercial contract they have won for a company that covers the UK. They offer competitive salaries, negotiable benefits and car allowance.

Requirements/Qualifications needed –

* BOHS P402 – Asbestos Surveyors qualification or equivalent essential
* BOHS P403, P404 – Asbestos Analysts qualification or equivalent essential
* Previous experience within the asbestos industry essential.

Job Summary/Responsibilities –

Offer asbestos surveying services, including management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys. Take bulk samples and document findings on tablets. Engage in company training, uphold the Code of Conduct, and support flexible work arrangements. Ensure timely delivery of work according to company procedures and regulations. Attend team meetings, complete reports promptly, and review recommendations. Conduct asbestos air testing and supervise removal projects, coordinating with clients and contractors. Participate in quality control schemes and identify business opportunities. Provide technical advice and assist in achieving company objectives.
