Requirements for an Asbestos Surveyor Analyst:

* Full UK manual driving license
* BOHS P402, P403, and P404 or equivalent RSPH certifications
* Knowledge of HSG:248 and HSG:264
* Flexibility for travel and out-of-hours work
* Strong work ethic, independent and team-oriented
* Willing to support colleagues and team activities

Asbestos Consultant Responsibilities:

* Conduct asbestos surveys (management, refurbishment, demolition, ground asbestos)
* Perform air monitoring and fibre counting
* Inspect contractor work, approve or reject removals
* Collect site data using NexGen software for automated reports
* Ensure compliance with asbestos regulations
* Maintain personal QHSE documentation and internal processes
* Provide professional client service and advice
