Asbestos Surveyor Analyst (P402, P403, P404) – Newcastle
Salary Range: GBP32,750 – GBP39,000
Location: Northeast England (Newcastle, Gateshead, Sunderland, Durham, North Shields)
The Opportunity
Our client, a trusted name in property health and safety and construction compliance, continues to strengthen its position as a market leader. Following several major contract wins, they are expanding their UKAS-accredited asbestos division and seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor Analyst to join their growing team, focusing on domestic asbestos projects across the Northeast.

What We’re Looking For
Key Requirements:
* Qualifications: BOHS P402, P403, and P404 (or RSPH equivalent).
* Experience: At least 2 years of experience in asbestos surveying and air monitoring.
* Technical Skills:
* Competence in air monitoring, clearance testing, and asbestos removal management.
* Excellent understanding of current asbestos regulations and UK legislation.
* Strong IT literacy, ideally with experience using TEAMS-based systems or digital survey tools.
