Asbestos Surveyor – Bath, Southwest

GBP32,000 – GBP38,000 with a Full Benefits Package

Our client is a multidisciplined, UKAS accredited titan within the Environmental sector that has been established for over 30 years.

The position will require travel into Bristol as the company have taken on a contract with a housing association there, so having an Asbestos Surveyor in Bath, that is able to travel but also help on Commercial sites is invaluable. Hence why they offer a ‘Quality and Productivity’ Bonus Scheme worth up to GBP3,000 annually split monthly, on top of your basic salary!

Key Duties of an Asbestos Surveyor:

* Able to identify asbestos containing materials
* Assess the risk of materials that contain asbestos
* Possess a high quality of communication skills both verbally and written
* Confidently produce a concise and accurate report after surveying
* Work in a timely manner to adhere to deadlines set
* Have an up-to-date knowledge of industry guidelines.

Requirements:

* BOHS P402 certification.
* Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification survey experience.
* Full UK driving license and willingness to travel.
* Flexible working and IT proficiency, including TEAMS.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
