Asbestos Surveyor – Greater London
Salary: GBP34,000 – GBP38,000 + 21 Days Holiday (Plus an Additional Day for Each Year of Service)

Key Requirements:
* BOHS P402 Certification is mandatory, alongside at least 6 months of field experience.
* Full UK driving license is essential.
* Strong communication skills and a thorough understanding of HSG264 guidelines.
* Flexibility for commuting and occasional out-of-hours work.
Role Responsibilities:
* Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys across domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors.
* Prepare and submit detailed reports for clients.
* Ensure all activities comply with UKAS standards and HSG:264 regulations.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing technical support and addressing any queries.
