Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor

Location: King’s Lynn

Rate: GBP260 per day

IR35 Determination: Outside IR35

Contract Length: 6-month contract

The Role: If you are an asbestos surveyor looking for a new contract opportunity, then this could be great for you. We are seeking a qualified professional to join us for an anticipated 6-month contract based in the King’s Lynn area.

This role offers the chance to work on a stable portfolio of residential projects. Your daily responsibilities will include conducting Management and Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) surveys on residential properties. You will also be required to take any necessary samples for suspected Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs), and document the properties in-site in accordance with HSG264 guidelines.

About You: To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

* You must hold the BOHS P402 qualification (or RSPH / UKATA equivalent).
* You must have a demonstrable post-qualification track record, with specific proven experience surveying housing and residential properties.
* This will be a fully independent role, therefore you must be highly experienced in working under your own initiative, managing your own weekly schedule and workload, and ensuring the timely submission of survey reports.
