This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing asbestos consultancy delivering high-quality services across Newcastle-under-Lyme and the wider Staffordshire region. They are looking to appoint a Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to support a strong pipeline of commercial and industrial projects.

Duties for the role of Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst include:
* Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys in line with HSG264
* Undertake air monitoring, four-stage clearances, and personal monitoring
* Work across commercial, industrial, and domestic sites
* Produce accurate and compliant survey and analytical reports
* Ensure all work complies with UKAS and HSE guidance
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams

Skills and experience for the role of Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst:
* BOHS P402, P403, and P404 qualifications (or equivalent)
* Proven experience in a dual role within a UKAS accredited consultancy
* Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation and compliance standards
* Good IT skills and report writing ability
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently
* Full UK driving licence
