Position: Asbestos Surveyor

My client has been operating as a leading authority in asbestos removal and management for the best part of 40 years. Their nationwide services cater to a diverse clientele, spanning from residential projects with Norfolk Housing Association to large-scale commercial endeavours in London. They prioritize safety and efficiency across all sectors.

Essential Requirements:

* BOHS P402 certification with a minimum of 12 months field experience
* Experience in domestic sector projects
* Full UK driving license
* Flexibility for commuting and completing out-of-hours/weekend work
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

As an asbestos surveyor, your responsibilities will include:

* Conducting Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys across various property types (domestic, commercial, and industrial)
* Compiling comprehensive reports for clients
* Ensuring all work adheres to UKAS standards and HSG:264 guidelines
* Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships
* Providing technical support and addressing queries
