Job: Asbestos Surveyor – Long-Term Contract

Location: Royston, Hertfordshire

Rate: GBP240+ per day (plus expenses)

We are currently recruiting for a qualified Asbestos Surveyor to join an ongoing project in the Royston area. Working on behalf of a leading consultancy, you will be responsible for high-quality inspections and ensuring full compliance across a variety of sites.

Key Responsibilities

Conducting Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys.

Collecting bulk samples for analysis in line with HSG264 guidelines.
*

Producing accurate technical reports and site records.
*

Maintaining a high standard of site safety and professional conduct at all times.

Requirements

Qualifications: Mandatory BOHS P402 (or RSPH equivalent).

Experience: Proven track record in asbestos surveying across domestic or commercial sectors.
*

Compliance: Full UK Driving License and a valid CSCS card.
*

Reliability: We need a professional who is committed to the project long-term and takes pride in their technical accuracy.
