Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor

Salary: GBP36,000 – GBP40,000

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established environmental consultancy who offer specialist asbestos services across commercial, residential, and public sector environments. They are looking for a motivated Asbestos Surveyor to join their expanding team based in the Maidstone area.

Duties for the role of Asbestos Surveyor include:
* Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition asbestos surveys in line with HSG264 guidelines
* Collect bulk samples and ensure accurate site documentation
* Produce clear and detailed asbestos survey reports
* Carry out site inspections across a range of commercial, industrial, and domestic properties
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure work is delivered safely and efficiently

Skills and experience required for the role of Asbestos Surveyor:
* BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent)
* Previous experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor within a UKAS accredited consultancy
* Strong working knowledge of HSG264 and current asbestos legislation
* Excellent written reporting skills and attention to detail
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong communication and organisational skills
