Asbestos Surveyor – Scotland

GBP30,000 – GBP35,000 + Additional Training and Car Allowance

My client is a multi-disciplinary UKAS accredited Asbestos Specialist, looking to expand based on the grounds they have won large and sought-after contracts, some being up to 5 years long. Asbestos surveyors will work on a mixture of commercial and domestic sites with as much overtime guaranteed as they want.

Responsibilities for an Asbestos Surveyor:

* Conduct surveys for different property types
* Compile compliant reports
* Build client relationships
* Provide technical support

Requirements of an Asbestos Surveyor:

* BOHS P402 certification, 12 months field experience
* Domestic and commercial project experience
* Full UK driving license
* Flexible for commuting and out-of-hours work
* Strong communication skills
* Independent and team-oriented
