Asbestos Surveyor – M40 Corridor

Locations: Midlands | Oxford | High Wycombe
Experience: 2-3 years
Salary: Negotiable (dependent on experience)
Contract: Permanent | Full-time

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor looking to work along the M40 corridor, covering the Midlands, Oxford and High Wycombe areas. You’ll be joining a well-established consultancy with a strong commercial client base and a clear focus on doing work properly, without unnecessary pressure.

The role is strictly commercial and industrial no domestic work making it ideal for surveyors who prefer larger, more technical sites and repeat clients.

The Role

Carrying out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys
*

Working across commercial and industrial sites only
*

Producing clear, accurate survey reports
*

Liaising professionally with clients and internal teams
*

Ensuring all work complies with HSG264, HSE guidance and company procedures

Requirements

2-3 years’ experience as an Asbestos Surveyor
*

BOHS P402 (or equivalent)
*

Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance
*

Confident working independently across varied site types
*

Full UK driving licence
