What’s an Asbestos Operations Manager?

As the Asbestos Operations Manager, you will be the hero ensuring the safe and compliant removal of asbestos. You’ll lead a team of 15-20 professionals, uphold top-notch health and safety standards, and keep project documentation on point. Plus, you’ll be the go-to person for clients, making sure their needs are.

Do You Have What It Takes?

Must-Haves:

* P402 and P405 qualifications
* 8+ years in the Asbestos Industry

* Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships, offering top-notch advice and managing contracts seamlessly.
* Leadership & Management: Provide outstanding leadership through effective line management.
* Health & Safety: Cultivate a robust safety culture with thorough training and briefings.
* Management Information: Deliver standardized monthly reports for your team and clients, ensuring we meet all targets.
* Auditing: Support rigorous auditing processes and foster a compliance-driven culture.
* Technical Support: Collaborate with the Head of Asbestos and Technical Manager to deliver technical support on projects.
* Advice and Consultancy: Offer expert advice, consultancy, and training to clients in partnership with the Head of Asbestos and Technical Manager.
