There is a spot for an Asbestos Analyst at a company with a standout Operations Manager that has brought the company a number of commercial contracts. They are based South of the River, there are less than 15 team members, but the business is looking to scale up!!

My client needs Asbestos Surveyors, Asbestos Analysts, and Asbestos Consultants

Responsibilities of an Asbestos Analyst:

* Maintain stringent health and safety protocols.
* Compile data and generate comprehensive reports as needed.
* Conduct air monitoring and stage 4 clearance testing across diverse buildings.
* Undertake various surveys including management, demolition, and refurbishment on different sites.

Requirements of an Asbestos Analyst:

* Relevant qualifications: P403(Air Sampling and Fibre Counting) and the P404(Clearance Testing and the Requirements for a Certificate for Reoccupation)
* Thorough understanding of Asbestos health and safety legislation.
* Minimum one-year experience in the Asbestos industry.
* Valid UK driving license.
* Strong communication skills for client, contractor, and public interactions.
* Flexible schedule and willingness to travel as needed.
* Proficiency in IT and numerical skills.
