Asbestos Analyst, Job Opportunity

Salary: Up to GBP37,000 (Based on Experience)

Location: Covering London, most of the work is around Essex and South London

They operate across a mixture of sites, commercial and domestic. Some contracts they have are at St, Georges Hospitals and Camden housing Association. Responsibilities of an Asbestos Analyst:

* Maintain stringent health and safety protocols.
* Compile data and generate comprehensive reports as needed.
* Conduct air monitoring and stage 4 clearance testing across diverse buildings.
* Undertake various surveys including management, demolition, and refurbishment on different sites.

Requirements:

* Relevant qualifications (P403 and P404).
* Thorough understanding of Asbestos health and safety legislation.
* Minimum one-year experience in the Asbestos industry.
* Valid UK driving license.
* Strong communication skills for client, contractor, and public interactions.
* Flexible schedule and willingness to travel as needed.
* Proficiency in IT and numerical skills.
