Our ASB Coordinator Apprenticeship will consist of a 2-year long opportunity to build on your organisational, investigative and communication skills and apply your ‘can-do’ attitude whilst working towards an Anti-Social Behaviour and Community Safety Level 4 qualification.
The Job:
• Provide administrative/project support to the Anti-Social Behaviour Unit (ASBU), to help ensure provision of an effective service to external and internal customers, including assisting with daily enquiries and the efficient processing of new case referrals.
• Assist in producing reports to be presented to senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead on the compilation and recording of customer feedback following case closure.
• Build on your existing communication skills, gain invaluable experience, and build your self-confidence through your day-to-day workplace activities.
Within your role you will:
• Complete an 24-month Anti-social Behaviour and Community Safety Level 4 qualification funded by the Council. This will involve completing tasks and studies in the workplace, or as per course requirements.
• Join a personal and professional development programme that will involve a series of varied development activities and events throughout your time with the Council.

for this Apprenticeship, you must:
• Be a Hammersmith & Fulham resident or care leaver aged 16+ who has lived in the UK.
• Have lived in the UK for the past 3 years (as part of the funding requirement).
• Not currently be qualified in ASB and Community Safety Level 4 or above.
• Currently not undertaking any other formal form of study (e.g., college or university course).
