Our purpose and fight are what motivates us to design and deliver distinctive communications throughout our consumer funnel, so that we deliver category growth as well as a positive impact on society.About the roleThe Artwork Project Coordinator is member of Marketing Operations Team (set up within Marketing Dpt) and is primarily responsible for coordination and delivery of artworks (labelling and graphics of all company’s new products, ca. 400 yearly) and identify and help rectify any issues that may occur due to these AW changes. The person is supported by Artwork Project’s Assistant and reports to Marketing Operations Lead. The role involves complex coordination between internal and external partners, the management of multilingual, multi-country packaging and the rigid timelines to be respected.We’re looking for a person with good communication and inter-personal skills, who is flexible, with a “can do” approach, has high attention to details and is tasks and Team oriented. We encourage to apply for the position professionals who have a couple of years’ experience as Junior/Project Coordinator in project management. This can be gained, i.e. in:
1. Brand Marketing or
2. New Products Introduction Teams at Supply / Factories or
3. Client Service Dpt at Agencies.
We are also interested in candidates who have more years of professional experience but still want to develop in the very demanding but friendly business environment. Pls note, in the role you won’t play the role of graphic designer, but an enabler of on time graphic design projects delivery.Your responsibilities

  • Responsibility for timely delivery of local artworks (graphics for single unit packs and displays) for all new products in company’s portfolio in the dedicated management information system
  • Overseeing internal creation of project briefs against their delivery by global graphics agencies, with on time input of internal stakeholders, teams of: Brand Marketing Team, Regulatory, Legal, Pack Tech at Factories
  • Managing daily work in progress according to business priorities. Executing on-going tasks to deliver key purpose of the role: Consultancies w/ Global Graphics Team, Global Agencies, Pack Tech Depts. at Factories and Printers. Resolving ad hoc issues along with Project Managers of Marketing Operations Team
  • Costing approval from GLARAs (Global Lead Artwork and Repro Agency) and Printers
  • Active representation of PL Artwork Team at European forums; Being test market for Global ideas
  • Supervising Artwork Project Assistant’s work and growing the person via assigned tasks and ongoing work
  • All other tasks assigned by direct manager (Marketing Operations Lead)

  • Fluent English and Polish in speaking and writing

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

  • Flexible, adaptable and responsive to customers’ needs

  • Experience with FMCG brands (nice haves)
