Artificial Intelligence and Data Science Postgraduate Scholarship

The scholarship is a £10,000 fee waiver to study MSc in Data Science and its Applications course at the University of Greenwich. The scholarship is to assist applicants from under-represented groups in data science and are available for full-time study of this course.

Priority for the scholarships will be given to the following four groups:

• Black students,
• Female students,
• Registered disabled students
• Students from low socioeconomic background (Index of Multiple Disadvantage quintiles 1 and 2, low household income)

Students must also:

• Be considered a UK national or an EU national resident in the UK paying home fees.
• Hold a conditional offer to study for Sept 2023/24 on MSc Data Science and its Applications and accepted your place.
• Not already studied a STEM postgraduate degree
• Provide a short statement explaining why you applied for the scholarship and how you think this will help you on the course and your future career aspirations (300 words maximum.)

Review of scholarship applications: Friday 30 June – Friday 21 July 2023.

The UK domicile fee for MSc Data Science and its Applications for Sept 2023/4 entrants studying full time is £10,5000. Successful scholarship recipients will have the full £10,000 award applied as a fee waiver on their tuition fees in the first term.
