An Art Teacher is needed in an All Girls Roman Catholic Secondary School in South East London.

This Art Teacher position will be full time and permanent.

Teaching for this Art Teacher post will be for KS3 to KS4 classes.

The school can offer Head of Art to an experienced Art Teacher looking to progress their career.

The salary for this Art Teacher role will be between GBP37870 and GBP56154, plus potential TLR, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant.

The School

A Roman Catholic Academy for girls aged 11 to 16 years old, located in the London Borough of Bexley.

The schools history dates back to 1953, when it was established by La Sainte Union sisters as a convent school.

There is strong focus of nurturing each pupils individual God given skills and talents, with the school’s vision being summarised in the words of St Catherine of Siena: “Be who God meant you to be and you will set the world on fire.”.

GCSE results for pupils are consistently above the borough and national averages.

Requirements

You’re welcome if you’re a recently qualified Art Teacher or experienced Art Teacher.

Applications are also welcome if you’re a British trained Art Teacher or overseas trained Art Teacher.

* Right to work in the UK
* UK QTS or overseas equivalent
* Clear and up to date Enhanced DBS
* Experience as an Art Teacher in UK Secondary schools
