A fast-growing global agri-input company – active in 100+ countries – is expanding its Italian commercial team. We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to own and develop the North East Italy territory. This is a rare opportunity to join a company that combines the entrepreneurial energy of a challenger brand with the resources and ambition of a global player.
x1F539; Your responsibilities
x2192; Execute and drive the commercial strategy, hitting revenue and margin targets in your territory
x2192; Build and maintain deep relationships with key customers, distributors, and influencers
x2192; Hunt for new business opportunities and prospect for new clients across the area
x2192; Continuously monitor the market, identify trends, and convert them into revenue growth
x2192; Deliver accurate monthly and seasonal forecasts to support financial planning
x2192; Contribute to the go-to-market strategy alongside the Country Manager
x2192; Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events
x1F539; What we’re looking for
x2192; Degree (or equivalent) in Agricultural Sciences, or a business degree with solid agri experience
x2192; 10+ years of commercial and/or technical experience in the Ag input sector in Italy
x2192; Strong existing network in North East Italy
x2192; Deep technical knowledge of key crops and relevant agrochemical / fertiliser solutions
x2192; Good command of English (written and spoken), Italian native
x2192; Entrepreneurial mindset – you act like an owner, not just a sales rep
x2192; Resident in the territory and comfortable with frequent travel
