Your Impact

-You will define and achieve sales targets for tractors & harvesters through dealer networks, supporting dealers in identifying future opportunities, managing order forecasts, and closing deals
-You will determine sales strategies by conducting market research, take the necessary actions to reach targets and monitor sales performance in your territory
-You will evaluate the results, prepare regular reports and present them to the Senior Management
-You will participate in shows, events, and customer visits to support dealers, gather feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction across the region
-You will track competitor activity and share key insights within the team
Your Experience and Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in agricultural machinery, mechanical engineering or a relevant field of work
-Minimum 5 years of experience in the agricultural industry, including at least 2 years in dealer management
-Profound knowledge of the dealer environment, strong negotiation skills and the ability to motivate people
-Financial literacy with a determined and results-oriented approach to achieving targets
-Proficient in both verbal and written communication in English
-High willingness to travel (50-70%)
