Your Impact

-Develop Tecno product sales through establishing, developing and retaining direct customer and dealer relations
-Investigate and analyze customer and market trends and identify potential direct sales opportunities
-Take charge of budget planning & sales forecast within the area of responsibility, and manage sales activities in order to meet sales objectives
-Engage the sales support team and align with commercial excellence to develop aftersales business with direct customers and dealers
-Ensure feedback on competitive pricing in alignment with product management and collaborate with the marketing team on activities like product shows and campaigns
-Lead the sales team and foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and growth
 
 

Your Experience and Qualifications

-Knowhow of the industry and the respective regions related to poultry machinery
-5+ years experience in sales of complex machinery – preferably in agriculture
-Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills
-Excellent oral and written English communication and presentation skills, German is a plus
-Solid knowledge of MS Office applications; experience with Salesforce is an advantage
