The Big PictureAre you passionate about customer service and motivated by finding top class technical customer solutions in a global environment?At Howden Turbo, a Chart Industries Company Inc. we are looking for an Area Sales Manager to strengthen our team in Aftermarket within service and spare parts.What needs to be done?The successful candidate will join a team of highly experienced and dedicated colleagues reporting to the Service & After-Sales Manager. In your role as Area Sales Manager, you are positioned to support our global team of agents and sales regions worldwide in providing profitable growth and identifying new opportunities in established and new markets, while at the same time providing technical support to our customers and field service engineers.This is a full-time position and your primary work location will be in Helsingør, Denmark. Depending on project assignments you should expect up to 20 travel days per year.Main responsibilitiesSpare part and retrofit salesNegotiationQuotation and order handling in SAPFollow-up on open orders and quotations in CRM and with customersMonthly meetings with agents and regionsCoordination of field service workRoot cause analysisUpgrades of local control panels and compressors to new flow/pressureReporting and documentationWhat do you need to bring?We expect you to hold a technical and commercial background from selling customer solutions. In addition to this, youare experienced in managing distribution and sales channelsare well organized and capable of prioritizing in a dynamic environmenthave strong interpersonal skills and ability to create and maintain strong relationshipsare willing to take on responsibility and work both as a team-player and independentlyhave proficient technical English skills, as we are a global organization.
