JOB DESCRIPTION: Area Sales Manager, Account Manager, Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager – labelling machinery, processing machinery, packaging machinery, capital equipment
As our Area Sales Manager, you will split your time to manage existing accounts in your area (80%), as well as grow your portfolio by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities (20%). You will maintain long standing and often slow burning relationships, and consult with your clients to find them a solution from our range of “off the shelf” equipment as well as bespoke, new build units up to complete lines. Order values will range from A£5,000 to A£100,000 with a typical value of A£25,000 and lead times of between 6 weeks and 6 months.

A· Maintain existing accounts and relationships.
A· Develop portfolio to grow your area of responsibility.
A· Arrange consultation meetings, conduct site surveys and present products.
A· Lead negotiations to maximize profitability from sales achieved.
A· Attend exhibitions.
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Area Sales Manager, Account Manager, Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager – labelling machinery, processing machinery, packaging machinery, capital equipment
To be considered for this job you will be:
A· Experienced within the food, cosmetic, healthcare or pharmaceutical process/packaging machinery industry.
A· Experience with large ticket, medium lead time capital equipment.
A· Ability to engage technically, with an engineering background/understanding.
A· Self-motivated and target driven.
A· Passionate about sales and the ability to be a brand ambassador.
A· Full UK driving license is required.
