We are currently looking for a Area MICE Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team at the Service & Support Centre.

Do

  • Manage. You will handle client’s incentive trips, meeting, events and group requirements by checking availability, qualifying, making tailor-made proposals, conducting negotiations and concluding the business. You will make rigorous follow up.
  • Respond: professionally and on time to guarantee customer satisfaction
  • Enter: all inquiries, bookings, denials and cancellations into the appropriate system in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Liaise: with all operational departments to ensure requirements are met and revenue is maximised
  • Work with: Revenue and Sales department to ensure that suitable contracts and payment plans are agreed
  • Provide: after sales feedback to the organization
  • Participate: to client events and meetings
  • Optimize revenues: by upselling and grabbing opportunities to increase revenue
  • Carry out: any other reasonable duties that may be required

  • Experience. A first experience in the hotel sector is certainly an advantage.
