We are currently looking for a Area MICE Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team at the Service & Support Centre.

Do
- Manage. You will handle client’s incentive trips, meeting, events and group requirements by checking availability, qualifying, making tailor-made proposals, conducting negotiations and concluding the business. You will make rigorous follow up.
- Respond: professionally and on time to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Enter: all inquiries, bookings, denials and cancellations into the appropriate system in an efficient and timely manner.
- Liaise: with all operational departments to ensure requirements are met and revenue is maximised
- Work with: Revenue and Sales department to ensure that suitable contracts and payment plans are agreed
- Provide: after sales feedback to the organization
- Participate: to client events and meetings
- Optimize revenues: by upselling and grabbing opportunities to increase revenue
- Carry out: any other reasonable duties that may be required
