Job Title: Architectural Technologist

They are on the lookout for an experienced Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running for their team in their Altrincham offices.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist include:

* Lead and deliver a range of education projects from inception through to completion
* Produce detailed project information for all RIBA stages
* Work alongside the design team on day-to-day project information
* Liaise with main contractors and sub-contractor teams
* Attend design team meetings and site visits

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

* Degree within Architectural Technology
* Strong post qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice
* Proficiency with Revit
* Experience working on projects within the Education sector
* Job running experience
* Strong technical detailing skills
* Excellent design and drawing skills
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Altrincham area
