An award-winning architectural practice in Exeter is looking for an Architectural Technologist to join its talented team. This well-established studio has a proven reputation for delivering innovative and visually striking projects across a range of sectors, including Healthcare, Commercial, Hospitality and Leisure. We are looking for an Architectural Technologist with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills. You should have a keen eye for detail and a comprehensive knowledge of current UK building regulations. Proficiency in Revit is highly desirable.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the Architectural Technologist role:

* A degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
* Post-qualification experience working in a UK architectural practice
* Ability to produce detailed technical and construction drawings
* Collaborate effectively with architects and project teams to develop design solutions
* Ensure compliance with current UK building regulations and standards
* Contribute to projects from concept through to completion
* Revit proficiency is essential
* Strong teamwork and communication abilities
