I am actively recruiting for an Architectural Technologist to join a highly successful, well-established and reputable practice in Winchester. The technical expertise of over 100 employees and 30 years specialist experience have propelled them to become a leading Architectural Practice. The successful Architectural Technologist will have several years of post-qualification experience, strong technical and design abilities and a comprehensive understanding of construction detailing and regulations.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

* On track for MCIAT accreditation
* Degree or HND/ HNC in Architectural Technology or related subject
* 5+ years of post qualification experience
* Attentiveness to detail
* Knowledge of a variety of Architectural concepts, for example, classical
* Experience in job running across all RIBA stages
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong design and technical detailing
* Proven record working on bespoke high end residential projects
* Comprehensive understanding of building contracts and contract administration
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Be a driven, ambitious and creatively minded individual
* Willingness to travel within the UK
* Positive and motivated attitude
* Ambitious to succeed and progress
* Live local to Winchester
