The successful Architectural Technologist will have a few years of post-qualification experience being a confident Revit and AutoCAD user, able to produce high quality accurate technical drawings and thorough knowledge of latest building regulations.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

* CIAT accredited or working towards
* Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural technology
* 5-10 years of post qualification experience in a UK based architectural practice
* Strong technical abilities
* Effective problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities
* Proactive approach to self-development
* Be able to work well within a team environment as well as independently
* Diverse portfolio of projects in a range of sectors
* Experience across small – large scale projects
* Confident producing high quality technical drawings
* Through knowledge of current building regulations
* Attentiveness to detail
* Driven to keep up to date with latest software, designs and environmental issues
* Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Ideally you will live locally to the Durham area
