Job Title: Architectural Technologist

Location: Harrogate

Salary: GBP30,000 – GBP36,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a RIBA chartered practice who offer award-winning design services to the residential sector. They are on the lookout for a talented Architectural Technician to join their growing team in Harrogate.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist include:

* Take ownership of projects throughout all RIBA work stages
* Work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and internal teams to achieve project goals
* Produce detailed design documentation and technically robust packages
* Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

* Degree within Architectural Technology
* Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
* Proficiency with ArchiCAD is desirable
* Experience working on residential projects
* Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
* Strong attention to detail
* Strong technical and design skills
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Full UK Driver’s License
* Live within a commutable distance to the Harrogate area
