Job Title: Architectural Technologist

Daily Duties

* Managing projects across all RIBA work stages
* Collaborating with clients, consultants, and internal project teams
* Producing detailed technical packages, drawings, and documentation
* Supporting the technical delivery of projects to a high standard
* Coordinating project information and ensuring accuracy throughout delivery
* Assisting in delivering projects on time and within budget

Ideal Candidate

* Degree qualified in Architectural Technology
* Minimum of several years’ post-qualification experience within a UK practice
* Strong proficiency in Revit
* Experience across multiple sectors or specialist sector knowledge
* Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations and technical detailing
* Strong technical, communication, and organisational skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Collaborative and proactive approach to working within a team environment
* Based within a commutable distance of Liverpool
