Job Title: Architectural Technologist

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multidisciplinary consultancy who offer specialist design services to the residential sector. They are on the lookout for a talented Architectural Technologist to join them in their Derby studio.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist include:

* Work on masterplanning, urban design, and residential projects
* Liaise alongside clients, contractors and other members of the team
* Produce detailed drawing packages using Vectorworks
* Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and compliance is achieved

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

* Degree within Architectural Technology
* Relevant post qualification experience as a technologist within a UK practice
* Experience with masterplanning, residential layouts, and urban design
* Proficiency with Vectorworks would be desirable
* Working knowledge of UK building regulations
* Strong graphical skills to create visualizations and design documents
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to Derby
* Full UK driver’s license
