This is a fantastic opportunity to join an AJ100 practice who have studios across the UK and work on high profile projects across a range of building sectors. They are on the lookout for an experience Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running for their Manchester studio.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist include:

* Provide architectural design services and project management to a wide range of projects
* Work alongside a multidisciplined design team and provide technical design solutions to the project
* Produce technical packages from conception through to completion
* Submit planning and building regulation applications

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

* Degree within Architectural Technology
* Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
* Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
* Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
* Job running experience
* Good knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to Manchester
